Email admin@apexmediaco.com with the article URL, the exact statement you believe needs correction, the reason and a supporting primary-source link. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for the request.
How changes are recorded
A substantive verified correction should be explained in a dated note on the affected article, identifying the change and its basis. This launch edition has no correction entries. That is not a claim that the material is free of errors.
